RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Suhas Sales Corporation, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for products once delivered and accepted by the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are eligible for exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect must be provided.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, water damage, voltage fluctuations, power surges, lightning, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under this policy.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Damage caused by lightning, electrical surges, improper wiring, or voltage fluctuations.
• Physical damage after delivery.
• Damage due to mishandling, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Products showing signs of water ingress or improper installation.

Our team will inspect the claim and determine whether the product qualifies for exchange.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. Approved cases will be resolved through product replacement or exchange only.
